Wheat Roast Recipe anyone?

I bought a crockpot just to be able to make this stuff. My past

attempts (pre-crockpot)at making seitan have been resulted in an

unsavory lumpy mess. However, I am told that the outcome will be

much better if I use a crockpot instead, and without the need for the

incessant kneading and washing. Any recipes?

I would be interested in this too. I have yet to make

a good wheat meat dish. I've tried about 20 / 30

different recipies and still haven't come up with

anything that tastes good.
