concentrate the energy - mmmm .... in hindsight a superficial comment

as I've received so much advice and help already !

 

I'm leaving for Utrecht (Netherlands) on 30 May to finally give my

daughter away to a brave, resilient Dutchman on 3 June. My wife and I

then join an 11 day Trafalgar Tour (Italian Concerto). Lucky? Will

count myself lucky if I can build on the kundalini from visits to

mediaeval cathedrals and historic tourist sites that are brimming with

spiritual energy. Otherwise I'm no great fan of sight-seeing. John R.
