a practice introdution to kundalini

Hi Chris,

Thank you for the kind welcome. Yes, I would like to know more about

the practice. I have been reading some previous posts and most of my

questions have been answered so far. I am impressed. I do meditate

daily and have strong tingling sensations in the crown area.

I do have a question though. Can shaktipat be transfered remotely,or by

telephone, without having to travel somewhere to have a hands on touch

initiation?
