Guest guest Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 Hi everyone, I was just in the archives and I read something about visualizing a white light entering your forehead and visualize it penetrating all your chakras and then stirring the unawakened kundalini energy at the spine to move upwards. I was just wondering if these visualizaion methods have worked for anyone and if I could be given any advise. Guest guest Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 When I try to make the flow come up it stops. I know the sequence my body needs to follow to have the flow. Sometimes I try to push the sequence faster and than the flow will stop, I'm done for that day. It's so disappointing. I don't try to push it. But I wish I could.
