Guest guest Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Hi everyone, I was just in the archives and I read something about visualizing a white light entering your forehead and visualize it penetrating all your chakras and then stirring the unawakened kundalini energy at the spine to move upwards. Guest guest Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 When I try to make the flow come up it stops. I know the sequence my body needs to follow to have the flow. Sometimes I try to push the sequence faster and than the flow will stop, I'm done for that day. It's so disappointing. I don't try to push it. But I wish I could.
