Dear amaargi

A friend of mine she she had similar problems with her feet and was

diagnosed of having to much sulpher in her system. If this is your problem

as watch the contents of mineral water that you might drink. Though on the

other hand if you over dosed your system sulpher is said to be benificial

for kundalini.

Also if your interested the sanskit mantra for I-am is so-hum . I always

find it easier to get lost in the sanskrit aplicaion of mantra. Though may

be a mater of prefernce for some.

All the best
