Vegan and Eggs

There is a Morningstar Product called something like Just Like Eggs.

Sorry, I only glanced at it briefly. But, there is a Vegan subsititute

for eggs. I am Ovo-lacto, though I may try to be milk-free. Does anyone

know if there is an inexpensive powdered soy milk? I cook with powdered

milk and need it for breads etc. My dd was allergic to milk from birth

and I still am.

Yes, there is a product called " Better than Milk " . It's a powder and comes in

packets. It's made by Sovex Foods.

Available in Soy and Rice varieties.

We sometimes use a powdered soymilk called Better Than Milk. According to

the package it makes about 8 quarts of soymilk and it sells for about $9.
