Hi my name is Donna and I live in Connecticut USA. I became

vegetarian along with my daughter around 1987. I eat dairy and she is

vegan. I just went and counted what was in my spice cabinet and I

have 65 jars of all kinds of things. My area is not know for being

adventurous and we got our first Indian restaurant a few years ago-I

love making my own curry, I grew episote this year because I could

not get it fresh or dried in my area and was very curious.. Its very

interesting. I grow whatever interesting herbs spices and peppers on

my deck and garden in the summer. I love trying new things. Donna
