Guest guest Posted February 13, 2007 Report Posted February 13, 2007 I have the Excaliber ED2900. I love it so far--only had it a few months and used it twice. I have made dehydrated flax crackers and dried spicy bean sprouts. I plan to use it a lot more this summer and fall to preserve garden produce.
