New Categories of Recipes :-)

Apologies to new members, but the files sent out on your joining the list were

not quite up

to date :-( Over the weekend, two new categories of recipe have been added to

those

requested for Vegetarian Spice. I quote from our revised webpage:

 

" Something New For Spring - spice-laden (but not necessarily `hot') BAKED GOODS

and

DESSERTS - the perfect snack, accompaniment or closing to any meal!

 

" NOTE: For the purpose of this group, we define `SPICES' as aromatic or pungent

seasonings from the seeds, roots, fruits, buds, stems or bark of plants and

trees. (Herbs,

by contrast, are defined as leaves from plants without woody stems.) "
