We received three entries for our Indian Recipe contest - and all three were winners too, deservedly so! - so riding on the wave of success we are announcing . . . SEPTEMBER IS MEXICO MONTH ON VEGETARIAN SPICE! Look up all your favourite tried and true Mexican and Tex-Mex recipes - yes yes and New Mexican too ;=) and post it to the list! (If you have already posted your favourite, remind us which one it is!) We''ll gather all your faves together in one file so that we can all give them a try! Come on! - I'm dying for a change of pace after all that wonderful Indian food and I'll bet you are too! What's your favourite Mexican recipe??????
