in vegetarian cookery?

 

I've been vegan for three years, and interested in cooking for as long as I can

remember.

6. Why did you join this group (apart from receiving an invitation! *lol*)?

 

I am an avid cook and I especially love ethnic food. Anything spicy usually

piques my interest!

 

7. What kinds of (vegetarian) foods or cuisines interest you most?

 

I prepare a lot of Asian-style food, usually some hybrid of Chinese and

Japanese. I also like to make curries, both Indian and Thai, though my methods

would not be considered very authentic. Of course, Middle Eastern food is

delicious, though I haven't made it much recently. Mexican is also a favorite.
