2. How long have you been a vegetarian, or how long have you been interested

in vegetarian cookery? I am not a vegetarian, but love vegetarian/vegan food

and would like to learn how to cook delicious, spicy vegetarian dishes. I

would love to adopt a less carnivorous diet.

6. Why did you join this group (apart from receiving an invitation! *lol*)?

Because I know that I have tasted some awesome vegetarian cuisines

(particularly gourmet Indian), but I don't know how to cook them myself.

 

7. What kinds of (vegetarian) foods or cuisines interest you most? In

general, Asian vegetarian: Indian, Japanese, traditional buddhist meals,

Korean, gourmet fusion, anything that tastes awesome and is healthy.

 

8. Is there anything you'd like to tell the group? I just recently

discovered Besan, otherwise known as gram flour, (it is Indian chick pea

flour) for baking breads and cakes. Can't believe it tastes so great and

it's wheat-free. I've been looking for recipes for paratha or other Indian

breads.
