It's good to have you here - there are several newbies today, and no doubt they'll be writing in to say Hello before long. I look forward to chatting with everyone later. For the record I am the creature sometimes known as greenfury aka gf aka Pat to her friends ;=) I've been veggie off and on (mostly on, despite a few years when I was really a pescatarian) for over twenty years and have been cooking asian food for - well, a longish time.
