Guest guest Report post Posted July 28, 2004 Hello Aroma; Thanks for the info. And yes, to your question, the soyrizo product is too high in sodium content for me to be able to have. Therefore, I am having to make everything from scratch, because, all of these vegetarian products that are out there on the market are way and then some too high in sodium content. I'm forever having to read labels and if the products don't have any nutrient info on them, I can't have and don't buy. It's discouraging at times, but, that is how the cookie crumbles . Guest guest Report post Posted July 28, 2004 Instead of trying to find the vegetable casing have you considered just wrapping it in wax paper/foil or plastic wrap like you do cookie dough and freezing it?
