Just to say that it takes more time to cook vegetarian. I made

soyburgur, pizza from scratch and bread from scratch and I was real

busy, four hours cooking and cleaning. It saves lots of money and

the food is incredibly better than buying frozen pizza or frozen

soyburgers. Today I am making eggplant,zucchini and tofu for dinner

lots easier. I have ten soyburgers. My son adores my cooking....that

is all that matters to me.
