Another Friday - another end to a (busy) week - and who feels like cooking?

More importantly, *what* do you feel like cooking? Or are you going out for

something??? Something spicy? Something not so spicy? Cooked? Salad?

Hey, the choices are endless.

 

Me? Well, I'm looking at lunch right now - and I'm hungry, which means not

just a sandwich for the two of us. I think, casting my mind to a fridge that

needs

to be seriously re-stocked, that it will be a quick stir-fry of vegetables (bell

peppers, broccoli, mushrooms) in a chilli-peanut sauce with noodles. Lazy but

easy and tasty *lol*
