Hi!

U recently joined this list and I enjoy reading all your posts. I have one

small compllaint though - I receive the digest version (all posts of the day

in one email) and it is very difficult to scroll through the holw email if

everyone juts hits reply to en email and doesn't cut out what's already in

it. Could you please crop your posts so we digest readers don't have to see

every email 20 times?

Thanks!

I'm a heart patient and diabetic, and carbohydrates are converted to

sugar, not to cholesterol, which is found only in meat and dairy

products. Avoid those and you avoid cholesterol. Your liver will still

produce some, on its own, but why add to your problem by ingesting

cholesterol?

Avoiding carbs is dangerous, and produces a condition known as ketosis,

which is a toxic condition in which your muscles are destroying

themselves. That's what those all-protein diets do to you, and it can

be devastating to one's health even in short periods of time.

Yes, the anti-white folks. If it's white don't eat it. What this

steers one away from is empty calories, largely, since whole grains are

slower digesting and have much more nutrient value.

a Low fat, no sat fat, high fiber / whole grains, fruits, and veggies

diet can actually reverse damage to arteries and lower blood sugar,

especially if combined with regular exercise. 30 minutes a day five

times a week, a brisk walk being sufficient.

This is very true, the charlatans and book-pushers change continually.

LMAO! Now that is something you don't want any doctor to say when they

are giving you a check-up.
