Greek dish

I have found the best Greek dish, though it is a frozen entree. It is

not vegan, but vegetarian. It is by Yiayia Foods and is called

Spanakopita, Athenian style. Anyway, it was delicious. There is

cottage cheese, eggs, spinach, onions, feta cheese, spring onions and

romano cheese all covered with a very flaky crust. I bought it here

in Georgia at my local Ingles supermarket. But I am sure it is

avallable at other grocery chains.

Thanks ;=) Always good to have tips on available veggie products - and ready

to cook/eat specialties are especially useful in the middle of the northern

summer! Spanakopita is a favourite of mine, although I haven't tried it from the

freezer section in any brand. I'll look to see if we have it here.
