I thought it was very good/interesting. Have you been there? Guest guest Report post Posted June 17, 2004 Hello gary, actually there are two raw food restaurants in Las Vegas. There is Go Raw or the Raw Cafe( Now I am confused!!LOL), and The Raw Truth. Both are quite good. The Raw Truth was the first. They are at opposite ends of the valley. The Raw Truth is in Henderson, and the other is in Summerlin. I have not been to either in quite awhile prefering to make my own stuff!! There is a great Salad Bar restaurat in town, it is called Sweet TomatoesWhen were you in Las Vegas? We have Sweet Tomatoes in the SF Bay Area too but I have yet to find a Raw Veg restaurant.
