I think we all should congratulate Warren Sheir (I think he is still a

member on here?) for his new book " Ancient Wisdom, Modern Kitchen: Recipes

from the East for Health, Healing, and Long Life. " I finally received my

copies in the mail and it looks great. I have purchased a few extras to keep

in the office to sell the patients. They are always asking me for recipes

and Chinese ideas of cooking.

after four plus years of work.

 

The publisher has 10 free copies to give away to practitioners with large

practices who might like to keep the book in their waiting room for patients to
