Don't be discouraged, everybody is different. And I was not religious

about the hot packs in the beginning. When it got really annoying and

bad at the end I did it every night for like 2 hours, on and off, kept

putting the wash rag in the microwave to get it hot (but not TOO hot, be

careful). It doesn't stay hot for long, maybe somebody has a better idea to keep

it hot. (a heating pad - but it's supposed to be " moist " heat).

 

Maybe for you it will work right away! Keep the faith J

Try a " woobey " . One of those microwavable pillows. Put a glass of water in

the microwave with it, which will make your Woobey moist, the heat will last

longer. Washcloths as noted get too hot and then cools down way too fast.
