Teapills, granulars vs bulk (liquids anyone?)

I think this discussion on methods of herbal administration is very interesting.

I would think that certain methods have greater efficacy, if for no other reason

than bioavailabilty. Many people have difficulty digesting pills and capsules,

even the starches in granules. Lately, I have been preferring the use of liquid

extracts. They have very high bioavailabilty and my patients seem to have a

significantly higher compliance. (And you can stock an entire pharmacy on a

couple of shelves.) I find them to be effective and offer a great deal of

freedom in combining herbs and formulas. I am wondering in what form most of

you prescribe herbs and if you have found certain methods more effective.

Granules seem to have the highest popularity.
