Smoke away has herbs in it. I think lobelia is one of them as well.

Might be a good place to start your quest for herbs that help you quit.

I think some of them were to help with nerves as well. Lobelia is

supposed to make cigarettes taste bad... that's what I got from my

research.

I've heard of lobellia tea for herbs...

any eo blends you'd suggest to help me with my quit? I'm on day 2.

Does it have to be an E.O.?

Please, try EFT! (Emotional Freedom Technique)

It has been used succesfully by quite

a few people to fight addictions, and is

literally at your fingertips.

Unless you want to become a therapist

you can find out anything you need to

know for free.

and the easiest instructions

are also on Dr Mercola's website

I think most folks new to EFT would have a difficult time overcoming

any kind of addiction using it on their own... but experienced

practitioners can have tremendous success using EFT for smoking

cessation. One can find the closest practitioners on the EFT website

you mentioned, emofree.com
