need some help with making a herbal oil infusion

does anyone know how to make a good herbal oil infusion (almond oil)

with dried comfrey?

i tried to find a good salve or cream or oil, but they were either not

good or extremely expensive, so i decided to try to make my own, can

someone from the list help me with making a good and strong herbal oil

infusion?

My friend Magda of " Flying Hands Farm " makes some

very effective healing salves based on infused comfrey

and a few other common herbs.

 

As far as I know she lets it sit in olive oil for months,

until the comfrey has just about dissolved.

 

If you enjoy the process of messing about with herbs,

have fun! If you just want the product, try some of

Maggie's. It's cheap and it works.
