Guest guest
Well, almost blushing here, but I need to make a all natural powder (yep, got myself some rice powder) to ease the absolute itch after shaving. Nope, I won't tell you what parts LOL, but it's not my legs.. ...I have an epilator for them. Maybee I should muster up some courage and use it elsewhere too... If you ever hear a scream coming cross the ocean, like nothing you ever heard before, then you know it's only me ROFLOL. Back to the topic at hand - any suggestions for EOs and or herbs to add to the powder? I did try a blend of lavender and roman chamomille EO, but it didn't do much difference at all in the long run. Guest guest
Hey Ylva, I'd try German Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) instead of Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis) .. and maybe made into an after shave tonic with some rose hydrosol. And I tell ya .. I'd wax my bikini line - no problem, but epilator it???? .. YOWIE!!!! Lets just shove bamboo up my fingernails while we're at it ;-p ROFL Seriously though - to help reduce shaving rash in the first place always be sure to use a brand new razor (so it is sharp as possible) and if possible - wax instead. I find there is less of a problem with that than shaving. *Smile* Chris (list mom) A Sterling Silver Show Stopper! h <http://alittleolfactory.safeshopper.com/55/474.htm?503> ttp://alittleolfactory.safeshopper.com/55/474.htm?503 ruby_mama2001 [ruby_mama2001] Well, almost blushing here, but I need to make a all natural powder (yep, got myself some rice powder) to ease the absolute itch after shaving. I spray it on right after using the epilator and it seems to prevent itching and redness. I have mostly only done on legs, though. sarah

Guest guest
Its the natural mineral that is mined and powdered... like a clay... its the stuff in calamine lotion that is anti-itch lotion.
