I came across a book today that is awesome. Everyone needs to read

what it has to say.

I've read The China Study also.

There is one thing missing in the stats....

Chinese people tend to be less sedentary than Americans.

 

That's a big reason we have higher rates of CV dz, diabetes etc...

 

As far as food goes, Chinese tend to eat smaller cuts of meat (mainly for

taste) mixed in with noodles and veggies,

not as the main course. Also, eating slower, seasonal and locally grown

produce and not eating alone all contribute to better health.

Those are difficult things to put into a controlled study.
