Dear London colleagues,

A patient of mine (based here in San Francisco) is travelling in London and

emailed me with complaints about her mood. She has been under my care for

treatment of Bipolar Type II for the last 1.5 yr. Her mood is well regulated

as long as we keep consistent with TCM treatments in combination with

Lamictol Rx by her psychiatrist. She is also diligent about self-care,

nutrition, yoga, etc...

Currently she is feeling weepy, vulnerable and unstable. Her description is

textbook match for Gan Mai Da Zao Tang.

I am curious if any of you London-based colleagues could direct us as to

where she can get some Gan Mai Dao Zao Wan? She will be in London this week

and Paris next week.

Thanks so much for your help.

Hi Edith,

Mayway has a London office,  but they only sell directly to professionals and

not patients.  Maybe you could order from them directly for your patient.

Here's the link:

Good luck

There are Chinese medicine 'shops' pretty much everywhere. I am sure

she could just walk into one of these and buy OTC although they may

want to do a consultation and sell her a whole lot more :)
