I think it is a revolutionary break through in the treatment of psychotic depression. Here below is the detail.

- Brain makes only 5 per cent of serotonin in the body, gut makes 95 per cent of body’s total serotonin!!!

- When scientists applied a kind of serotonin, 5-HT, to the serotonin receptor sites in the gut, new serotonin neurons grew!!!

You know serotonin is the happiness neurotransmitter and is the mode of action—directly or indirectly—for most anti-depressant psychiatric drugs.

So, what are you waiting for man? Improve your gut health, ignore your brain, folks. Leave brain with the psychiatrists. Let them struggle/exercise with it in futility.

The phrase “My gut feeling is…….†now comes true.

Have a happy gut. A quick clue: Sugar is not the answer, its sweet poison sold only in chemist shops in Germany until 11th century. Greedy British businessmen made it easily available. I am happy for our gut that the cost of this drug (sugar) is sky rocketing in India.
