For more info, visit: http://www.fallsviewresortspa.com - WE'RE PACKED WITH MORE WORKSHOPS THIS YEAR! This year's Festival offers once again 20 different instructors teaching nearly 60 workshops over the course of 3 days, all for one " pay at the door " price. Topics run the gambit of the internal arts – taiji, bagua, xingyi, qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Daoist and Buddhist philosophy, and much more! As always we've been putting together a dynamic vending area with lots of cool stuff to purchase. The evening activities will include the usual range of entertainment including this year's keynote address delivered by the legendary martial artist, author, movie and TV star, Willie " The Bam " Johnson! - SOME FIRST TIME PRESENTERS FOR THIS YEAR! Several new instructors are teaching this year include Shifu John Green, senior internal arts instructor at the US Kuoshu Academy, Sifu Ken Lo of the Wei Mei Kungfu Association, Shifu Ping, Zhen Cheng of the Sun Lutang Martial Martial Cultural Foundation, Grandmaster Wang, Ren Gong, 3rd generation lineage holder for Dachengquan under Wang Xuan Jie, Ven. Ocean-of-Wisdom Sakya (Thich Hai Tri) Buddhist priest in the Dhyana tradition, and Shifu Tina Zhang of the WuTang Physical Culture Association. - SOME NEW STUFF WE'RE DOING! The move to the Fallsview has given us the opportunity to make some improvements in a few areas. New for this year, for example, we are offering morning qigong and meditation classes before breakfast. To match the further discounted prices the Fallsview is offering for children ($35 per day and $55 per day), the Festival now offers discount attendance rates for children under 12. For those of you who would rather find a sitter and enjoy some " us " time instead, for the first time, we are also offering a " night owl " package, a reduced rate just for attending the night activities. This special package is for all the significant others who ask " you're going to a resort without me!? " Now you can bring the " non martial artist " significant other in your life to enjoy the resort amenities (float in the pool and hot tub, enjoy the fabulous food, etc.) while you play in the workshops during the day, even as they're able to still join you for all the night activities. Three days in a resort can equal some serious Brownie point's fellow husbands:). - AND DON'T FORGET OUR PRE AND POST FESTIVAL WORKSHOPS! If you're looking for a deeper immersion into the arts, either before or after the Festival itself, we have you covered.
