Guest guest
hey all, I have a ginseng cooker and a load of Amer. ginseng. How many am I supposed to throw in the cooker? I know about double boiling, just not how much each root is, and for how long. Then, am I supposed to use them again? I have heard this about ginseng... thank you

Fill the pot outside the cooker to the halfway mark of the ceramic cooker. After cooking, drink the dew, then you can cut up the roots into smaller pieces and repeat several times, you can then cook and eat the leftover root with food like chicken. Guest guest
I heard that high heat was better and that eating the roots could lead to stomach ache. Though I cook my roots in a double boiler soaked in lots of water and do eat the roots.
