Hello all,

I have a new client that is coming in to quit smoking. I have to admit

this is my first quit smoking client. Any information about points,

coaching, articles, average number of Tx, or personal success stories

that your willing to

share would be helpful and I would be grateful.

I am familiar with the NADA 5 needle protocol for addictions.

Thanks

Sbennett

I have had a few patients that inquire about quitting smoking, weight loss, etc.

I tell them that acupuncture works as a support system but what they do on

their own is more important than anything. Acupuncture treatments can help

reduce stress levels so that, hopefully, they can quit smoking.

Hope this helps,

Jamie

I ate organic sunflower seeds every time I wanted a cigarette. It worked! I understand sunflower seeds contain a sugar release from the liver just as a cigarette. You might want to research.

Sunflower seed are one of those natural miracle foods that contain almost a balanced diet within itself. The minerals and nutrients replace most of what a cigarette supplies but if you eat them one at a time in the shell they keep your hands, mouth, and mind occupied and distracted while adding the missing nicotinic acid that might have been in that cigarette.
