Curing Ulcerative Colitis with ACV

Hi Sam:

My hubby and I take Organic Unpasterized Apple Cider Vinegar with the

Mother in it ( I think its the very same as Barggs) but mine is forom Omega

Nutrition.

We take a good tablespoon in some water first thing every morning and on

an empty stomach..

We follow with at least a galss or bottle of water more.

We do this as it helps to keep the body alkaline instead of over acidy.

I have colitis and i have to be careful that my stools down get too sloppy.

My sister and several of our friends as well as a couple of our adult kids

do this every am as well.

 

Sam watch the juice as it may be acidy and counteract all the goodness of

the Apple Cider.

 

I have several word docs on all the benefits of Apple Cidser Vinegar and its

great stuuf; and the best part ist also very reasonalble.
