Guest guest
Hi - I had this condition two summers ago - brought on by severe emotional upset over a period of time. I had chest pain, radiating up to my jaw and down to my left hand, so the insurance 24 hour nurse told me to get myself to the ER. It turns out, according to the hospital cardiac nurses, that fully 1/3 of people presenting to the ER with these symptoms have costalchondritis. What helps me the most is sleeping on an orthopedic memory foam pillow, getting frequent bodywork/massage therapy, acupuncture, and removing the issues that were emotionally upsetting. - Karla On Wed, Oct 7, 2009 at 12:41 PM, kebmw <kbarasa wrote: > > > > I got this condition after an injury 10 years ago when I was 9 months > pregnant.
