Guest guest
I have talked to one person who said her condition felt like the 'whatever " was coming out. The coming out was not associated with developmental stage but as an expulsion. This was after the application of Bentonite Clay and Colloidal Silver both of which have a negative charge. The Bentonite has an astringent drawing out property. When she tried other remedies such as those for intestinal parasites (purgatives) they made her condition worse. I am trying to frame this disorder within the TCM program. IMO, those people who have been diagnosis via western MD's as delusional parasitosis, feel they have a parasite - for lack of better understanding, and may seek alternatives (they literally have no choices). However the purgative method (colon / parasite cleanse) as far as I can determine, would not be advisable. Would this be between the Second and third stage of the 4 stage Wen Bing Disorder the Construction Stage. Membrane Source Opening and Extending (Lei Shi Xuan Tou Mo Yuan Fu) even if the classical heat and damp signs are not present. Guest guest
Yes, I agree with Phil that it sounds like bot fly. One of our dogs and my best friends dog just had this. There is a bizarre lesion with a hole in it. A hairy worm comes out and sometimes resolves. Other times the worm burrows and can injure organs etc. It's quite yukky. Guest guest
Yes, but wouldn't " Bot Fly " be diagnosable ?? What about similar episodes, that are increasingly being found and diagnosed as " delusional parasitosis " and people are told by their MD " ain't nothin' go home and forget 'bout it.
