Guest guest
Hi all..I had a question about blood pressure and pulse rate. My blood pressure is 122 over 74 and my heart rate is 83. I have no problems with the pressure but was wondering about the pulse rate being a little high. Is 83 high? If so how can I get it lower? I'm not really worried about it but was wondering about it..Cheers..Keithmj -- Currently in St. Petersburg, Whitted, Florida Clear, 73.9°F(23.3°C) Wind:ENE (070°) at 12mph (10KT)Why aren't there any nuts or grapes in grape nuts?Created by Weather Signature v1.20 • http://www.weathersig.com
Guest guest
It is average but depends on your age and BMI - traditionally you would increase your physical activity and change your breathing style and rate to decrease your heart rate. Experiment - hold your breath and check the changes in your heart rate, slow your breath and check the heart rate changes - you can control it - you also need to breathe in the solar plexus without moving your shoulders when you slow your breathing rate. I have been changing my diet and will try the magnesium and see what happens and will check out the Yoga also. I was recommended a product called CALM by Peter Gillham that I got to try. It is a mixture of Magnesium and Calcium..Cheers..Keithmj -- Currently in St. Petersburg, Whitted, Florida Clear, 78.1°F(25.6°C) Wind:E (090°) at 9mph (8KT)Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.
