Jasmine,

Great

question. In the world today it makes no sense to me why they have some organic

foods that are heated, pasteurized, etc. It essentially defeats the purpose. You

kill all life that was in the food. Yes it is better than conventional and

there are steps of seriousness of how serious you want to be. I live in CAli and the stores carry raw milk, butter, colostrums,

and cream. It is great and powerful stuff.

So with

ultra pasteurized, that means it is even more dead than before. They do this

because now instead of having a shelf life of 3 months, it has one for 6

months. Not to get political, etc, but it all comes down to money. They don’t

care about your health. With increased cholesterol, I would eliminate anything

pasteurized. Typically they are high in sugar. As well, eliminate other sugar

containing foods and drinks. This typically causes the liver to overproduce the

bad cholesterol, LDL. This might shock many, but it takes cholesterol (plus a

healthy, organic lifestyle) to lower cholesterol. I have done it and continue

to do it with clients. Follow what I wrote and you should be golden.

If you go

to the store on www.mercola.com, you can

buy organic meats, chicken, milk, cheese, etc. Also check out:

www.wallacefarms.com

www.brokenarrowranch.com

www.grassorganic.com

These are

all hormone free, grass fed and finished), range free farms.

Bart,

Great

questions:

The higher

the TDS= more minerals. If you can’t get Evian or don’t like it,

think it is too expensive, put a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt in your water with

each bottle. This will provide you with minerals, plus much more. You can read

more on Celtic Sea Salt (It is grey and not NaCl) on www.celticseasalt.com and www.mercola.com.

As for MT,

I could sit here for days educating you. I would read:

The

Metabolic Typing Diet by Bill Walcott

Nutrition

and Physical Degeneration by Pottenger (more of a history demonstrating

how tribes, Eskimos, etc have been eating for their MT since man)

How

to Eat, Move and Be Healthy by Paul

Chek

Research

it on www.mercola.com

You will

find basic tests in most of the recs above. Remember, they are basic and there

are CMTA1 (certified advisors) that can do more comprehensive testing,

education, coaching with you.

MT is not a

fad, a diet or anything of the sort. I personally as well as with clients have

had great success with it. A diet tells you what you can’t do and it is

generalized. MT tells you what ratios of what foods you can eat (of course you

want it to be organic) and it is 100% individualized (your genetic type).
