It is easy to make pure coconut oil at home.

Method: Take about 5 large coconuts, remove the hard shell and grind it in a

blender. If your blender is light duty one, grind little by little. Put it

in a copper vessel (or any other) , pour water till it cover the coarse

paste or a little more. Put it on a stove and simmer for about one one. By

this time the water content will escape and what remain is pure coconut oil

plus the sediments. You can feel the quality by its smell. Now this contains

brown sediments. You can drain it through a cotton or linen cloth. The

sediments you collect in the cloth tastes good and it can be used for making

snacks, sweets etc.

One of the advantages of this is that it does not contain any chemicals or

preservatives. The commercially available coconut oil is obtained by

crushing COPRA which is the dried coconut (after removing the shell) . It is

not pure. It contains chemicals.

There is a man in Cochin who treat for AIDS. Many people from all over the

world come there for treatment and I understand from a magazine that many

people get cured because of his treatment. But medical doctors are against

him (as usual). His treatment is expensive too.

a year ago he was tested in found to be HIV free. Over the years he has used

some type of herbal treatment. I have lost contact with him so I don't know

what he was using. All I do know is the treatment he was using he says has

been effective infighting cases of cancer. I do no one other things he was

taking was a mushroom tea. I wished I was able to give you more information,

but all I do know is the battle with HIV can be win because I've had friends

and have done it. I will try to find out what he used. But maybe there's

people on this group that know the treatment for HIV. There is a cure my

friend has proven that.

very happy while fighting this terrible disease. Hang in there. The meds

they have for this are very good at keeping you alive and I am sure here you

will find some good things to try along with them.
