Embarrasing question: Vaginal and rectal itching, esp. at night, not hemeroids,

Anne, it could be worms, although it is much more commonly a yeast problem. In

case it is worms, the sufferer should take antiworm herbs as well; namely

wormwood (in limited amounts, it is toxic), cloves, and nutmeg. I took cloves

and nutmeg (about 3 teaspoons/day) to get rid of some worms that I ingested that

were in Chinese-produced bee pollen. I got rid of the worms in about a week.

Yes, they also cause rectal itching. Needless to say, I never purchased the

Chinese brand again, and am avoiding all Chinese goods whenever possible,

especially food.

Itching in the groin area, and in between toes is almost always a fungal (ie,

yeast) issue. The obvious answer is to take antifungals. Some suggestions are

topical iodine (5% or better), and the following tataken internally:

If you can take Lugol's 5% iodine internally at 2 drops a day for a month, and

have no itching, you will then be fungus-free. If you

to stop the itching. Return to taking the Lugol's when the itching subsides. Be

patient - this process takes months. My wife and I have been at it for about 6

months now, and we are about 90% fungus free at this point. I am 59 and my wife

is a young 55.

not that bad, it comes and goes, but especially during a BM, intense itching all

around that area. I have had this for over 2 years now. I have used some tea

tree oil, diluted to the area with some relief, it temp. stops it.
