I would like to know more if the liver flush is safe for type one diabetes or insulin dependent diabetic. As far as I know it is, yes. If you feel that fasting for 8 hours will pose any problem, you can always mix your dissolved epsom salt doses with a bit of fruit juice instead of using just plain water.  > I’ve read Dr. Hulda’s protocol but I want some clarifications please help me. What do you mean by “add 2 drops HCL to sterilize†what need to be sterilized is it the pint jar with olive oil or the jar only? Is HCL the conventional vinegar that we have in the kitchen? If HCL is going to combine with olive oil to sterilize is it safe to drink? Personally, I've never sterilized anything when doing liver flushes. I wouldn't worry about the HCL. Just make sure to use clean containers (I prefer glass) and you should be fine. Is it okay if you don’t include Black Walnut Tincture cause I don’t know where to get or buy this stuff. How about ornithine, where can I buy it? I cant find it in any drug store You can get black walnut tincture at any well stocked health food store. Herb Pharm is a company whose products are carried by most health food stores, and they make all kinds of tinctures including BW. You can also easily find it online. In my experience I've found that many people still get excellent results from doing liver flushes even if they don't add the Black Walnut tincture. I've never used it when flushing myself, and have still passed numerous stones every time. Same with the ornithine. I've never used it either when doing liver flushes, but if you want to, you can find it for sale online. It's just to help you fall asleep. Here's a link where you can buy both ornithine and black walnut tincture on the net: http://tinyurl.com/cw732e Elan
