I suppose it depends upon which State you may be in as to whether or not

the following may be legal, but there is an old remedy: cannabis flowers

and leaves soaked in whiskey or other liqour for a few weeks.

Accupressure may be another avenue to explore, along with breathing

techniques that can help. Even the guided imagery stuff can help.
