Donna,

Find a neuromuscular therapist that makes house calls. Muscular reeducation will

stimulate circulation, release spasms, extend range-of-motion, disrupt pain

patterns, etc.

The suffix " itis " means inflammation, which can be treated effectively in many

formats, nutrition, diet, hydro/cryotherapy, etc. More pain because of weather

changes is inflammatory.

Read " Inflammation Nation " . It may be at your library. There's another couple of

books professing that inflammation is a gateway to many other conditions that

few connect together & how to treat them.

By the way, aspirin can be ingested other than orally. For one, it can be used

in a poultice.

If you can drink liquids, then it can be ground up,mixed & downed with a straw.

How 'bout willow bark tea?

Cramp bark tea for the stiffness?

Good Luck! Off to treat my shoulder with a Rubbermaid ice pack!
