I tend to eat foods that are not the healthiest options for me and I often have

problems with yeast.  I take Candex (I forget what companie make it) and it is

VERY effective.  The cost is reasonable (less than $40 if I remember correctly).

Keep in mind that if you have a severe yeast problem you will need to slowly

ramp up your dose so you don't detox too quickly.  I know this from experience

and believe me, it was MOST unpleasant.  The bottle will not tell you how to

start, but the company website suggests that you start with 1/2 of a capsul

dissolved in luke-warm water at bedtime to start.  You can gradually work up to

three capsules a day.  Just remember, your body IS going to detox even on that

low dose so stay hydrated and eat as cleanly (as organic as possible) and eat

lots of fresh veggies while staying away from the sweet fruits (like bananas,

mango, papaya).  The occasional apple or small handful of berries shouldn't

hurt.

If you have parasites, you could try a Master Cleanse, which is a concoction you

can make at home.  It consists of 8 oz of water, juice of 1/2 fresh organic

lemon, 1-2 teaspoons Grade B maple syrup (or some people use raw agave) and up

to 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne (which is a lot!).  You drink nothing else for at

least seven days.  The amount they suggest is 1/2 your body weight (measured in

pounds) in ounces.  So if you weigh 200 pounds, you would drink 100 oz of the

Master Cleanse over a 24 hour period.  You can drink more water if you are still

thirsty.  If you do indeed have parasites, your body will begin to expell them

after three or four days.  Again, not very pretty, but effective.

I would also say that when you do any kind of cleanse, be gentle with yourself

both physically and emotionally.  The first day or two, you will most likely

feel very yucky.  Rest, enjoy some sun and be patient while your body does what

it does best.

Good luck!

With new breath,

Ravija

Have you looked at enzymes that kill yeast? There are several kinds

that can be helpful.
