Aspartame, Diet Soda, Splenda.

Their is also something natural called " agave nectar " that is good as well as

stevia which my doctor recommended for systemic yeast, so I'm sure it's ok for

diabetics as well. I have only found it at Wholefoods. It should say on the

label.

Thank you so much for sharing this info. I am diabetic and have stopped

drinking diet soda.

 

I do like my coffee to be a little bit sweet. Would Stevia be a good

replacement? Or maybe a tiny bit of raw sugar? Any advice would be

great. Thanks again!

Agave has carbohydrates. I am a diabetic and I won't touch the stuff.

 

" Agave syrup consists primarily of fructose and glucose. One source[3]

gives 92% fructose and 8% glucose; another[4] gives 56% fructose and

20% glucose. These differences presumably reflect variation from one

vendor of agave syrup to another. "

Same thing for raw sugar. Diabetics do not need any more carbs.

 

Stevia should work, but I can't stand the taste.
