Obviously supplementation with EFA (linseed oil, evening primrose oil) helps

in a number of so-called mental disorders. It doesn't really matter what

label it is given if you can make it a thing of the past.

 

Vitamin B1 can prevent hypoglycemia and cravings for sugar.

Hi,

 

I do not have any experience with bipolar disorder, but this weekend I happened

to come across some studies that say the borna virus can cause bipolar symptoms.
