Bromelain for back pain

I started taking 2,000 mg a day of bromelain for overall inflammation since I

have long standing fibromyalgia pain pretty much all the time. What has

surprised me about the bromelain is that it also is working to get rid of pain

in my tailbone from an injury of 10 years duration to that part of the spine.

Just in 3 days I notice a big difference. I started to read about bromelain

which comes from pineapple and the enzyme helps to break down protein too so

bromelain works well from I've seen in this short time. I'm just really happy

about it and no negative side effects. A work up with a doctor in year 2000

told me to take bromelain but I had forgotten about his prescriptions for me,

then I saw another holistic doctor on TV talking about certain herbs that really

work and this was one of them.

> deep psychological symptoms do develop. Not being able to work.
