Fish oil the same (fish oil is good for you for a whole host of other reasons as well). I think garlic is good too, but research that. Guest guest
I have used Hawthorne berries with good results. They help me with the feeling of " skipped " or fast heart beats, as well as periodic ( when I get to eating unhealthy) chest pains. I like getting the whole dried berries and grinding them. Garlic, niacin, tea, and celery help as well. STOP drinking alcohol, coffee, smoking, and eating processed and fatty foods. Lower the stress levels, or find ways to relax and chill out daily. Rest and sleep well. Its part of a lifestyle change. Guest guest
There is a natural supplement you can take to lower blood pressure, but I suggest you read the following book which can be purchased through Amazon; the title of the book is " The Arginine Solution " by Robert Fried, Ph.D. L. Arginine, an amino acid, does some of the following and has no negative side effects that I've ever detected. Here is a little information from their website of things in the body that can be helped by this interesting amino acid: And if you want something that REALLY works, this does. Many people are arginine deficient. # It's a potent free-radical scavenger that helps to both lower serum cholesterol and prevent the " bad " LDL cholesterol from oxidizing and becoming even worse. # It's a powerful anticoagulant, or blood thinner, that helps prevent blood platelets from clumping together into the clots that can cause heart attack and stroke. # It enhances blood flow to the penis, helping to boost erections. # It serves as a critical " bullet " by different immune-system cells that use it to kill foreign bacteria and viruses and even shrink or destroy some cancerous tumors. # It's used by the brain to encode long-term memory and ensure blood flow to brain cells. # It functions as a " messenger molecule " that allows nerve cells in the body and the brain to communicate with each other. # It may reduce pregnancy-related hypertension, a potentially life-threatening condition for mother and child. # It may help regulate insulin secretion by the pancreas, thereby reducing the risk of diabetes. # It helps control the lung airways, allowing you to breathe easier and avoid common lung disorders. # It relaxes " hypertonic " sphincter muscles, preventing and healing hemorrhoids and anal fissures. # It stimulates the body into releasing the all-important human growth hormone (HGH), a key to longevity as well as improvement in body composition by boosting lean muscle mass and bone density while decreasing fat tissue. For more information on this fascinating amino acid type into Google " The Arginine Solution " and read. I have this book and it helps with so many things, including cognitive functioning. L. Arginine is available in health food stores by capsule or in its free form as powder which can be added to foods, such as yogurt or soups, etc. Blessings to one and all. Guest guest
Dear Kristin, The symptoms you describe are caused by a hyperacidity in your whole body and athlete s foot and vagina itching are only ways for eliminating this condition. So you need to remove from your diet everything that is producing this condition: white sugar is the first,( best sweetener for you now is Stevia), then remove meat, any diary products( excepting natural yogurt), white flour, including white bread, coffee, any kind of alcohol, any kind of soft drinks from the market. if you search on the net you will find many lists with alkaline food and you should have alkaline food in your diet, look for alkaline water also (non sparkling water that has ph over 8). Marygold (Calendula officinalis) and yarrow (Achillea millefolium) taken internally as cold water extract from the herbs will help you a lot and any supplement with neem leaves (capsules with herbal powder are the best). You can do vagina dousche with sodium bicarbonate dissolved in water 1 tsp for a glass of water every second day, betadine ovules would also help, and on the skin lesions you may apply tea tree oil. Wishing you all the best Andreea --- On Sat, 1/24/09, Krissi <extremefaith333 wrote: Krissi <extremefaith333 << >> Help please Saturday, January 24, 2009, 11:57 AM I am new here. My name is Kristin and I am from Wisconsin. I have 2 kids and a super great husband. I really need some guidance. I am hoping someone has some answers for me because both my GP(General Practicioner) and Derm told me they have NO ANSWERS and can not help me. I got bad athletes foot or yeast on my feet over a year and a half ago. Turned into staph. Was treated with anitbiotics and steroids then ended up in the hospital on an antibiotic drip for asthma. The doctors had me on a ton of different meds none of which worked. I broke out in a horrible rash covering my body and causing blistering and itchy hands then swollen hands. Along with this a vaginal infection for the past 4 months and I can not even barely walk. I am so sick I have not worked and am losing my home and have 2 small children. ANY insite would be. Also because my money is so tight seeing a nutritionist is out of the question because of the expense. Also my mom said she would buy me whatever supplements I need. My poor babies (ages 7 & 9) need me HELP!! soooooooo appreciated Thank you Kristin
Guest guest
It seems clear to me that an initial failure of the immune system led to yeast overpowering it (and the antibiotics only made it worse) - so this is what I suggest 1. for the immune system a) Miracle mineral supplement (MMS) - cheap $20+ for 6-12 month supply b) Low dose Naltrexone - LDN - www.lowdosenaltrexone.org 2. for the yeast a) drink cayenne pepper - hotter the better - build up to 1 teaspoon of powder in water - start at one tenth or one 20th (whatever you can manage) b) take in a trace mineral complex - suggest Liquid Mineral Complex or similar c) take potassium iodid - find source of Lugol's solution. Take 50-100 mg per day 3. for the rash discomfort dissolve castor oil in DMSO and spread on skin. All these are cheap - should not cost much more than US$100 altogether. Guest guest
Candex works wonderfully for Candida and other yeast issues. You might want to do an epsom salt soak. Another option to beat the infection is to fill your tub with warm (NOT hot) water and add a cup of bleach. Then KNEEL in the tub and pour the solution over your body. One of my friends used this remedy treat her husband who contracted MRSA and also as a preventative to keep her from contracting it. Change your diet. I know I say this to almost everyone I respond to on the list, but it works! In most countries, dis-ease is first and foremost treated by changing the lifestyle and THEN only using drugs as a last resort. I have been gradually changing my diet over the last three months and while I have quite a bit I still need to work on, I feel SO much better.
