Hmmm.. There are many views expressed here- you will NOT agree with all of

them, but each is allowed to present their case. The reader is encouraged to do

their own research and make up their own mind- or as you are doing- if you

disagree, provide information that explains your position.

It is not crazy that one thinks of soy as healthful- there were millions of

dollars pumped into marketing and advertizing to make you think so.

For a really mind opening experience I would suggest to everyone that you watch

" Century of Self " , here is the first part of 24.

I think I will also make that video it's own post- a truly must see!

Is this really an alternative forum? And somebody is actually pushing soy

milk here? Another over-processed poison brought to us by mega-corporations?

I can't believe what I'm seeing.

Look into raw cow milk and raw goat milk.

There are NO un- " pastuerized " almonds for sale in the US. It is illegal now.

Even organic almonds have to go through a pastuerization process.

Your best bet is to ask around local farmer's markets or grow your own.

Not much of a choice for many, many people.

At least the FDA is getting blatant about their convictions for our health.

Hi Melly,

Sorry, but I really don't know. You could do a google search,

or call you local Health Food Stores, or call a few Naturopaths,

or even a few Vegetarian Restaurants.

I live in Canada; if I'm able to locate a source for organic

almonds here, I will let you know.
