Guest guest
A while back I think Roger posted an email stating that some of his clients did better when they were taken off their Vit B supplementation. Does anyone have any explanation/theroriew why that is so? Thanks, Andrea Best regards, Andrea Hehlmann www.hehlis-holistics.com
Guest guest
One of my teachers in school told me she found B vitamins to be hot in nature. So when a few of my patients with Liver or Stomach Heat were having a hard time cooling down, I recommended that they temporarily discontinue their B vitamin supplements. Shortly after that, the acupuncture and herbs started working much better! So now with Heat type patients (excess or deficient) I make sure to ask if they're supplementing the B's. Guest guest
How interesting. I also recall hearing that vitamin C is cold and damp, BTW. Can anyone give a complete rundown on the temperatures and qualities of all the vitamins? Danny Johnson <danny wrote: One of my teachers in school told me she found B vitamins to be hot in nature.
