Make sure it's pure....and that's it's been made with roses that were grown organically. I buy my rose hydrosol from www.av-at.com They are a pleasure to order from. Very courteous, and they have fast shipping. If she's afraid to purchase a large amount, she can ask for a sample...and pay for the shipping. I believe they charge $3.85 to ship via US Mail. Simply apply a drop or two to the affected eye once or twice per day. The child will blink the majority of the hydrosol out, but enough should stay in to do the work. I know it works great for pink eye....so I would assume it would help styes. HTH a bit, Candy
Guest guest
I have read somewhere (can't remember where) that styes are due to a lack of Vit. A internally. My daughter started getting styes in her teens, and I would give here 25,000 IU's for two days and the stye would disappear. I don't know how much to give a baby. herbal remedies [herbal remedies ] On Behalf Of Deana BrownTuesday, May 10, 2005 1:12 PMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - Neighbor with 9month old with eye styewhat would I suggest to my neighbor for her babies styes in her eyes. Guest guest
Have her get onto a better diet. Have her give the baby plenty of distilled, reverse osmosis or spring water to drink throughout the day. If she is feeding her some store bought formula, trash it all. Get baby on raw veggies or fruit if possible. Fresh juiced veggie juices are best. Sounds like baby kidneys need some help. Also see what else is happening around the baby. Is husband hitting wife in face or around her eyes? Whatever... This may be prying too deep but ask anyway and blame it on me. How many poops is the baby having, what color is the urine? Etc. Have her request Doc's CD Lecture (free) and she can get a free consult after listening, that's the best idea actually.
